We invite you to participate in the International Forum “Innovative Technologies in Pediatric Medicine” dedicated to the 5-year anniversary of the National Children's Medical Center, which will be held in Tashkent, 2-3 May 2025.
MAIN INFORMATION
Goal of the Forum: creation of quality educational content for pediatric physicians of all specialties in outpatient and hospital practice, introduction of innovations in health care practice through interdisciplinary cooperation, improvement of the organization of scientific activities in pediatric medicine.
Date: May 2-3, 2025.
Venue: Tashkent, NCMC.

Target audience: pediatricians, anesthesiologists-resuscitators, pediatric surgeons, transplantologists, plastic surgeons, neurosurgeons, ophthalmologists, otorhinolaryngologists, neonatologists, uronephrologists, neurologists, pulmonologists, allergists and clinical immunologists, pediatric oncologists and hematologists, endocrinologists, gastroenterologists, cardiologists, psychologists, specialists in radiation diagnostics, clinical geneticists, health care organizers and other specialists in the field of pediatric medicine.

Format: hybrid to cover a larger number of practicing doctors from the CIS countries and far abroad.

The Forum will include master classes from the operating room and simulation center, a special platform for discussing current issues of improving medical care for children and developing proposals for their solution, a competition for young scientists, discussion round tables with the participation of leading domestic and foreign specialists with the exchange of best practices. After the Forum, all participants will be issued Participant Certificates or Speaker Certificates for 16 credits.

EXHIBITION OF ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE FIELD OF MEDICAL TOURISM
Within the framework of the FORUM it is planned to hold the 1st International Exhibition "Achievements and Prospects in the Field of Medical Tourism", which will give the NDMC, as well as other Foreign Organizations, Medical Institutions, Travel Agencies, Insurance Companies and Charitable Foundations the opportunity to present their achievements in the field of medical tourism. The main goals of this section are to attract foreign partners and patients, as well as to increase their recognition and tell about their activities to an international audience. Within the framework of this section, it is planned to organize a platform for exchanging experience and establishing international cooperation in the field of medical tourism between all participants of the section. For invited organizations, medical institutions and foreign foundations involved in medical tourism, the opportunity will be given to present their achievements and highlight their activities, as well as set up an information stand, which will facilitate the exchange of experience and the establishment of strong ties in the field of medical tourism. This section will feature a B2B meeting area – individual meetings between representatives of medical institutions, foreign funds, travel agencies and insurance companies, to conduct further discussions and discuss issues and proposals that have arisen. The main invited persons and institutions are: Representatives of medical institutions from different countries, Representatives of various international funds, Travel agencies and insurance companies specializing in medical tourism, and other representatives from the healthcare sector.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
This Forum will facilitate an adequate exchange of advanced international experience and communication between pediatric specialists of various profiles - pediatricians, neonatologists, anesthesiologists-resuscitators, endocrinologists, gastroenterologists, uronephrologists, infectious disease specialists, cardiologists, psychoneurologists, surgeons, oncohematologists, specialists in radiation diagnostics, as well as organizers of healthcare of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign scientists and leading specialists. The practical result of the Forum will be an increase in the quality and availability of medical care for the child population of the Republic of Uzbekistan due to the expansion of medical knowledge and practical professional skills of doctors in various areas of pediatric medicine, a turn to preventive medicine and an individual approach to the treatment of pediatric patients, improving their quality of life and accelerating postoperative rehabilitation.

TERMS AND PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPATION AND PUBLICATIONS
- There is no age limit for the participant.
- To participate in the Forum, you must prepare an article/abstract in accordance with the requirements.
- Materials must be submitted no later than (deadline) April 5, 2025, sent by e-mail to the address:

- Article/abstract in MS Word format. A separate electronic document (file) must be created for each publication. The file name consists of the last name and initials of the first author (for example, "Aliev A.B.");
- Participant's registration card.
Scientific articles and abstracts will be accepted for publication. Publication of articles is paid - 650.0 thousand soums (~50 USD) in the journal "Bulletin of the National Medical Center" (HAC).
ARTICLES must be formatted in accordance with the requirements:
- Article size: up to 15 pages of text in A4 format. Article formatting: in Microsoft Word 2003 text editor, font – Times New Roman 12, 1.5 line spacing, with margin alignment: left – 3.0 cm, right – 1.5 cm, top and bottom – 2.0 cm.
- Articles must be presented in electronic version, contain factual material obtained by the authors. It is possible to include tables and figures with a reference in the text of the article.
- The title must be printed in capital letters. The authors' last name and initials are printed in capital and lowercase letters. The next line is the name of the institution, city, country. The text of the article is given one and a half line spacing from the title.
- Recommended article structure: relevance, purpose of the study, material and methods, results, discussions, conclusions (conclusion), bibliography. 5. At the end of each article, the desired form of participation of the author is indicated: "articles only", "article and poster presentation" or "oral presentation". Full name, address, contact phone number and e-mail of one of the authors and the authors' ORSID.
- If the article or abstract is submitted for a report at the competition of young scientists, it is mandatory to indicate this in the participant's application.
- Each article is sent by e-mail in a separate file, the name of which includes the first author's surname in Latin transcription and the serial number of the articles: for example, Abstract- 2024_Ivanov_1.doc in *.doc or *.rtf formats.
- Each author can submit no more than 2 articles in the above sections.
ABSTRACTS should be formatted in accordance with the requirements: The text should be typed in Microsoft Word 2007, Times New Roman font, font size 12, intermediate spacing – 1.0, all margins on each side are 2 cm, volume no more than 2 pages. 1 line – abstract title (in capital letters), 2 line – full name of the authors, 3 line – name of the institution where the work was done, city, country, 4 line – abstract text. Abstract text should not contain illustrations or a reference index. Each author can submit no more than 2 abstracts. Abstracts will be published free of charge.
