Department of Neurosurgery
The Department of Neurosurgery provides an advanced multidisciplinary approach in medical care for children with brain and spinal cord tumors, congenital malformations of the central nervous system, craniofacial malformations, epilepsy, hydrocephaly, vascular anomalies, and traumatic lesions.
Minimally invasive low-traumatizing operations of the highest level of complexity are routinely executed here with an excellent rate of success.
Doctors perform the procedures in the specialized neuro-surgical operation room with state-of-the-art instruments, such as a video endoscopy system endowed with ultra-high precision intra-operative navigation devices, intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring system, and an ultrasound destructor.
The specialists have received training and experience in the largest clinics in South Korea, the USA, China, Russia, Germany, and Israel.

Department of Neurology
Children with epilepsy, various types of headaches, autoimmune neurodegenerative disorders, nervous system inflammatory processes, and multiple peripheral nervous system disorders are being diagnosed and receivе required medical care in this department. Neurology doctors fully utilize state-of-the-art methods such as neuroimaging, EEG monitoring, electro-neuromyography, polysomnography, MRI, MDCT, etc., available in the department and at the Diagnostic Unit of the NCMC.
