The National Children’s Medical Center
Our center has 280 beds. It has 12 inpatient departments and 10 additional service departments. In April 2024, BMTM became the first state medical institution in Uzbekistan to receive the international JCI certification and is the only specialized children's center in the world to have passed this accreditation.
The National Children’s Medical Center was established as an independent state medical institution providing specialized, high-quality medical care to the population, and carrying out treatment and prevention, scientific research, and educational-methodological activities in its field of operation. This was done in accordance with the Resolution No. PQ-2082 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 10, 2013, "On the implementation of priority measures for the establishment of the Multidisciplinary Children’s Medical Center," as well as the Resolution No. 523 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 27, 2020, "On measures to organize the activities of the National Children’s Medical Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan," based on the existing national treatment and prevention institution.
